Who we are

This website is run by Spoonful, a baby food brand based in Pakistan.

Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Please read the ingredient list and the instructions on the pack before feeding. If your baby has a known allergy or sensitivity to any food, or if you have a question about your baby’s health or diet, please speak to your paediatrician first.

Ordering

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if delivery is not possible to your address, or if we cannot reach you to confirm the details. Please make sure the name, phone number and address you give us are correct.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (Rs). We currently accept Cash on Delivery only: you pay the delivery rider when your order arrives. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery is free and usually takes 3 to 5 days. Delivery times are an estimate and can be affected by things outside our control.

Using the website

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Spoonful or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our permission.

Limits of our responsibility

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website, apart from our responsibility for the products you buy from us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
